MISSION 使命
The Maintenance Supervisor manages, organizes, and assists the related department with the maintenance of process, layout installation of new equipment

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS 主要工作职责

l Take part in the installation and start-up of new equipment
l Maintain and repair existing equipment
l Coordinate the TPM, set up and implement the preventive and predictive maintenance system
l Manage and follow-up the Plant maintenance expenses, make out maintenance budget
l Manage Spare parts and tooling, includes spare parts list and updating, spare parts stock check, and spare parts needs figuring out
l Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution, team objective achievement
l Plant facility maintenance and management
l Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness。
l Participate in setting up and implementing the plant contingency planning.
l Be in charge of plant energy saving and action plan
l Maintenance report and keep it in good record

l OEE of BMM >85%;
l MTBF MTTR according to company rules;
l Spare parts available;
l Downtime rate <4%;

PROFILE REQUIRED

Personal Background
l College graduated ,5 years of experience in maintenance management;

Skills & Abilities
l Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
l Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
l Mastery of mechanical design
l Mastery of CAD software( UG or Catia, Autocad)
l Good knowledge for safety, ergonomic
l Basic automatism knowledge
l Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control
l Mastery of pneumatic and hydraulic Knowledge
l Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
l Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
