职位描述：
1) Close liaison with customer service, sales, marketing and factory planning, HQ planning, production line
2) Oversee and direct the entire supply chain system to optimize key accounts services, billing and on-time delivery.
？ Proactively to monitor supply to cover the commitment to key accounts.
？ Manage safety stock programs for major accounts to ensure ontime delivery and contractual obligation met.
3) Manage order management system to provide accurate and real-time product availability information to customer, marketing and sales.
4) Manage Product Allocation to customers
5) Lead-time management of product line and on-time delivery for all customers.
6) Review on-time delivery performance
7) Inventory control
8) Cost reduction
9) Team building and discipline
10) Organize group internal job allocation and performance review

岗位要求:
a) Education 教育: Above college and SCM with major in Semiconductor Company
b) Experience经验: A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Semiconductor Company, Of these, 3~5 years should in a supervisory or managerial role.
