作用

— 参加项目执行阶段管道、容器、阀门等静设备装置的安装、调试，避免遗留设备隐患；
— 确保正常生产时静设备的运行与维护符合操作规程和技术规范要求，并使其保持长周期高效运行；

— 确保如期完成特殊设备，如压力管道与设备、安全阀等的年检与校核。

主要职责

— 全程参与公司管道、容器、阀门等静设备装置的安装、调试、检验，收集并建立关键静设备档案，跟踪整改动态（若有的话），防止设备隐患；

— 负责静设备的日常维护、检查、调校和故障处理；

— 负责静设备备品备件，如垫片、手动阀门等的请购及验收；

— 负责静设备维修计划的编制，并检查落实执行情况；

— 负责建立、健全静设备管理程序、操作规程和主要设备台帐；

— 负责静设备事故的技术分析，并及时提交事故分析报告和整改建议；

— 协助维修经理与主管部门联系，确保特殊设备的使用与管理严格合乎要求；

— 协助维修经理安排、督促、检查静设备专业承包商的工作；

— 负责本专业工程变更的申报与实施，新增项目的设计审查，提供静设备投运前的技术指导与培训；

— 接受被分配的其他工作和角色的改变。

条件

— 40周岁以下，大学或以上学历，化工机械、设备制造相关专业为佳；

— 5年以上大型静设备安装或管理经验，拥有相关资质证书者尤佳；

— 具有扎实的专业理论知识和丰富的实践经验；

— 能熟练使用办公自动化软件与设施；

— 有良好的沟通能力，并注重持续改进与提高；

— 能应用英文阅读工程资料、开展工作交流。

Job Title: Static Equipment Engineer

Job Location: Changshou Districe, Chongqing

Reports to: M / E Manager

Purpose of the position

– Involved in site installation, adjustment and test on static equipment which include pipelines, containers & valves, etc. during the project execution period to avoid hidden risks.

– Ensure the operation and maintenance of static equipment is in line with the procedures & technical specifications in the course of routine production so as to maintain its high reliability and efficiency.

– Ensure special equipment, such as pressurized pipelines and vessels, safety valves, are statutorily inspected or calibrated.

Principal responsibilities

- Full participate in the installation, adjustment and testing on fixed equipment, including pipelines, containers, exchangers, safety valves, etc. Collect and establish critical static equipment files. Follow up corrective actions (if any) to prevent defaults or risks.

- Responsible for daily maintenance, inspection and problem solving of the static equipment.

- Responsible for spare parts of static equipment, such as gaskets and manual valves.

- Responsible for developing various maintenance plans of static equipment, and ensure they are implemented accordingly.

- Responsible to establish static equipment management procedures, operating manuals and the main equipment record.

- Responsible for root cause analysis on static equipment incidents and timely submit incident analysis report, as well as corrective proposals.

- Assist M/E Manager to coordinate with local authorities to ensure special equipment are operated and managed strictly with statutory requirements.

- Assist M/E Manager to coordinate, supervise and check the works done by the contractors or vendors on static equipment.

- Responsible for generation and execution of relevant engineering changes and new project engineering review on pipelines or fixed equipment. In addition, provide pre-commissioning guidance and professional training on static equipment.

- Accept other assigned works and changes.

Required key skills (functional/technical)

- Professional knowledge and experience on static equipment.

- Basic knowledge on safety production.

- Basic knowledge on HyCO/Petrochemical/Cryogenic processes.

- Good knowledge on statutory inspection..

Required qualifications/experience

- Bachelor or above in Chemical Machinery, Equipment manufacture, less than 40 is preferable.

- More than 5-year installation or management experience on large static equipment, preferable with effective certificates.

- Solid professional knowledge and rich practical experience.

- Good ability to apply office tools.

- Good communication skills and positive to challenges.

- Able to read and communicate in English.
