作用

— 在部门经理的领导和相关部门的支持下，学习并熟练掌握生产工艺技术，做好操作人员工艺培训并建立各项操作规程和工艺制度，确保公司新建项目的工艺调试与顺利投产。

— 负责投产后生产装置的日常工艺管理，使之达到安全、稳定、高效运行。

主要职责

— 熟练掌握生产装置工艺技术，做好不同运行模式时的优化生产。

— 负责编写操作培训教材和工艺单元操作规程，做好操作人员的上岗培训和资质考核。

— 负责编制新建项目的生产准备和负荷试运方案，以及装置性能考核报告。

— 负责建立各项安全操作规程和工艺制度，并负责督导执行。

— 负责编制公司生产计划，根据优化的生产与消耗定额及时更新工艺技术指标。

— 及时分析并解决装置运行过程中出现的工艺问题,做好生产事故的根本原因分析。

— 负责公司生产数据的收集，并运用数理统计知识开展月度技术分析。

— 每月向公司财务提交与各个客户进行月度结算所需的产品与消耗表。

条件

—40周岁以下，大学本科或以上学历，有中级职称；化学工程、化工工艺类专业为佳。

—具有5年以上在大中型化工企业生产方面相关理论知识和工作经验；有国际化大型工厂工艺管理经验者尤佳。

—有良好的沟通与组织能力，并注重持续改进与提高。

—熟练掌握并能流利应用英文。

—熟练的计算机操作能力。

—熟练的数理统计分析能力。

Job Description

Position Job Title:	Process Engineer	Job location:	Changsou District, Chongqing
Reports to (position):	Operations Manager

Purpose of the position

– To learn and master the process, train operators and develop the regulations and procedures with support from the line manager and relevant departments so as to ensure a successful commissioning of the new plant.

– To achieve safe, stable and efficient production with enhanced daily process management.

Principal responsibilities

- Master the process and optimize the production under various operating modes.

- Develop training documents and operating procedures, take leader on unit operating training and the operators’ competency assessment

- Prepare pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure, as well as performance test report for the new production facility.

- Develop and update the Standard Operating Procedure and process regulations. And ensure these requirements are fulfilled through regular process audits.

- Develop production schedules and dynamically update Key Process Variables based on optimized unit consumption rates.

- Carry out trouble shooting and root cause analysis on process incidents. Timely solve process problems occurred during operation.

- Collect process data and generate monthly technical report with statistics analysis skills

- Provide separate monthly production and consumption reports for the finance to issue invoice to individual customer.

Required qualifications/experience

- Less than 40. Bachelor or above in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process is preferable;

- More than 5 yrs working experiences in large and medium-sized chemical enterprise with relevant knowledge and skills. Process management experience in international large plants is preferable;

- Good Communication skill and willing challenge to excellence;

- Fluent in English;

- Good computer skills;

- Statistic analysis skills;

林德化医（重庆）气体有限公司位于中国重庆（长寿）经济技术开发区，是由德国林德集团下属的林德气体（香港）有限公司投资60%与重庆化医控股（集团）公司投资40%设立的合资企业，于2011年8月获得重庆市政府批准成立。本公司投资的“10亿Nm3/年合成气制备CO/H2项目”是重庆市MDI一体化项目系列生产装置中的关键性装置之一，以上游装置来的合成气为原料，通过一系列先进可靠的净化与分离工艺处理后，分别生产出高质量的一氧化碳和氢气，然后通过专用管道分别输往园区内的气体用户。
