职位描述：
Monitor the entire (commercial and logistical) Project schedule of any given investment project in SHA/CQ
Generate and maintain the overall schedule of a expansion project – from Budget to final payment
Outcome: Work according a project plan that ensures enough time for each section of the project and ensures deadlines are met
Time keeping of the project
Outcome:Ensure all timelines to be kept including
Spec generation
Quotations
IR/Budget approvals
PoN
PO
Check milestones with suppliers
Pick up
Delivery
Installation
Payment schedule

Change Management
Outcome:Complete management (time, cost, capacity) of changes to the purchased equipment after PO.
Escalation management
Outcome:Escalate deadlines if missed to all relevant people incl BU Management if needed
Risk management
Outcome:Assess the project risk and identify the critical deliveries and key milestones
Logistics and customs coordination in close cooperation with the Logistics department
Outcome:Support Logistics with a coordinated and synchronized delivery, move in and installation schedule
Commercial follow up on Acceptance process
Outcome:Ensure Acceptance is done within the schedule, or a official repair note is sent to supplier via the CM.
Claim management
Outcome:Collect and track claim costs due to missed deliverables or underperformance of the suppliers
Coordinate with the CM the collection of claims
Supplier Monitoring
Outcome:Assign Operations to onsite reviews and Burn In at supplier site for critical equipment and high risk suppliers
Knowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency and Responsibility Requirements
Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):
Should be a PMI or similar certified project manager (www.pmi.org)
Basic understanding of general contract law
Excellent knowledge of logistics and customs requirements for capital equipment import to China
Very strong communication skills
Risk management experience – preferably based on Noehl (FMEA)
Excellent command of English and Mandarin – Japanese and/or Korean knowledge is an advantage
Type and length of experience required for the position:
3 years experience in project management, ideally in a industrial environment, or 5 years experience in a project based industrial company as part of a project team in procurement, logistics or controlling or a related field
Excellent MS Office skills
SAP ERP knowledge preferred
Further skills and competencies required:
? Should have a commercial or technical university degree in a related field
