职责描述Job Responsibilities:
1. 组织日常的设备维修工作，并管理相关的职能团队；Organize daily maintenance, including the appropriate arrangement of staffs.
2. 根据TS16949体系要求,制定并实施相关的保养计划;Plan and harmonize the maintenance according to the requirements of TS16949.
3. 负责设备的合理有效使用,并制订相应的作业指导标准;Be responsible for the correct use of facility and make the related operation manual.
4. 负责日常备件的采购与管理;Be responsible for the order of spare parts and manage it.
5. 为新项目的开发建设提供有效的技术支持,特别是关于装配组装方面;Supply the technical support during the design and construction period of new project, specially, for the assembly device.
6. 能与其他关联团队保持紧密的合作,如项目及生产等团队;Closely cooperate with other related work team, such as project and production groups.
基本要求Qualification Requirement:
1. 大本以上学历,有工业自动化或机电工程等专业基础, 熟悉PLC控制系统及编程;Technical background must be required for IEA or ME academy educated, and familiar with PLC system and application.
2. 有5年以上现场工作经验, 如有注塑厂工作经验更佳;Production experience on site 5+ years, if been worked in injection molding plant will be better.
3. 突出的维修动手能力,以及良好的团队意识.Excellent repair skills and good team work spirits.
