Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the overall operation of accounting and reporting at the monthly closing and year-end closing
2.Responsible for quarterly BS balance reconciliation.
3.Fixed Assets spending tracking, recording and depreciation calculation.
4.Provide operational and financial information regarding planning, management and budget control.
5.Standardizing and streamline processes/policy for greater productivity at lower cost for the team.
6.General liaison with appointed outside audit firms to achieve executable financial results and non-qualified statements.
7.Maintain good contacts and relations with internal and outside customers.
8.Support and guidance as required, setting of agreed goals and monitoring progress of goals, agreement of personal training needs delegation and empowerment in order to achieve departmental objectives and develop capable, motivated and responsible staff.
9.Keep the senior management informed of project status and all relevant information.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree and above
2.Minimum 6 years related overall Finance experience in multi-national company plus at least 4 years at Finance Manager‘s role to lead HR team to support business needs
3.Familiar with the manufacturing environment
4.Intensive and extensive knowledge on accounting, taxation etc;
5.Hands-on experience of dealing with various governments and external parties as auditors and taxation affaires;
6.Experience of leading a team of at least 2 members and have demonstrated good leadership skills and coaching skills;
7.Good English command and very good EXCEL skills;
8.Open-minded, self driven and can live with pressure;
