Job Responsibility:
1. 严格执行公司质量管理体系程序
Implement the procedure of management in quality aspects seriously
2. 协同项目组成员，负责新项目和量产项目的质量控制
Responsible for quality control for new project and mass production, to support project team
3. 组织协调来自客户、第三方、公司内部的各种审核(体系/过程/产品/技术评审)
Organize and support the audit (system/process/product/technology) from customer, internal, third party
4. 负责处理客户投诉，产品质量问题，来料质量问题,供应商问题
Handle complains and issues from customer,production line,imcoming and suppliers
5. 制作控制计划、实验计划、检验指导书，检具操作规范等
Making up control plan,test plan inspection instruction,operation instruction of checking fixture and related files
6.执行、推动公司内部的持续改进计划，不断降低公司DPPM
Implement and push the continuous improvement plan to meet target and reduce the defect PPMs
7. 完成上级交代的其他问题
Finish another task from Dep.leader

Requirements:
1. 5年以上汽车行业质量工作经验, 具有质量管理体系建立、维护和内审经验,
Above 3 years experience in components quality management. Have the experience of quality management system of establish ,maintenance and audit
2. 精通ISO9000、VDA6.1和TS16949质量体系/过程/产品审核,和ISO14001环境管理体系,有内审员证书
Familiar with QS9000/VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001system ; with internal auditor certification
3. 精通APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC、8D, DOE等质量工具
Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC、8D, DOE
4. 有控制管理、评审或过程质量控制经验;
Have the management and audit experience or experience of process quality control
5. 较强组织协调能力和团队合作精神
Good negotiation and communication skills
6. 本科及以上学历,高分子材料、模具设计及制造、机械自动化等专业
Bachelor or above in polymer material or molding tool design or Mechanical automation
7. 英文沟通能力强
Strong ability of English in Communications skills
8. 良好的沟通技巧
Good interpersonal skills
