Responsibilites:

1. Responsible for follow the recriutment process to complete recriutment.
2. Responsible for employee arch ve, information, attendance management.
3. Responsible for labor contract management, enroll, leave process management.
4. Responsible for establish yearly training plan, follow and implement training plan,and make monthly training review,
5.Responsible for employee communication, include but not limit employee satisfaction survey, HR information display.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. At least 2 years work experience in HR position, recruitment is preferred.
3. Fluent English.
4. Good communication, organization and coordination skill.
