Responsibilitie:

1.Long & short term training & development plan design according to business needs
2.Follow and implement training plan,and make monthly training review
3.Manage internal trainig program and develop internal trainer
4.Make the communication plan, and proceed
5.Organize the employee satisfaction survey
6.Work with line manager to define high potential, follow up with talent development actions to ensure talent pipelines are appropriately developed
7.Support and drive the polyskill development
8.JD reiew
9.Organize the activities of our company

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree and above
2.At least 5 years HR working experience,3 years working experience in training area, manufacture industry is a plus
3.Fluent English
4.Good communication skill, able to communicate effectively with multiple parties
5.Good PC skill
6.Confiendence, positive, powerful and self-driving
7.Good planning and organization ability
