Responsibilities:
主要职责：

1、New product process analysis and make sample. 新产品工艺分析和试制；

2、Define the process standard. 定义产品工艺标准；

3、Training and monitor the standard implement. 培训和监督工艺标准的实施；

4、Introduction the new process 引入新的工艺；

5、Attend the operator training qualification. 参与员工培训的评审；

6、Lead the new product trail and issue tracking 领导新产品试制和问题的跟踪；

7、Define the standard job description, Layout, PFMEA, CT, Line balance, fixture.

定义作业指导书，平面布置图， 过程失效模式，产品循环时间，生产线平衡等

8、Optimize the process and make sure the ergonomic implement. 优化工艺，确保人机工程在生产中的运用；

9、Define the production flow. 定义生产流程；

10、Assess the product engineer change 参与工程更改的评定；

11、Lead the process issues and product quality issues handle. 领导过程和产品质量问题的解决；

12、Lead the process parameter finalization and ok 1st check list define 领导工程参数的定稿和首件检查清单的义

13、Attend the new machine acceptance and machine re-construction 参与新设备的验收和设备的改造；

14、Lead the new process CPK study and ensure the CPK satisfied with the requirement.

领导新的工艺过程的工程能力指数的研究并满足CPK的要求

15、Make sure the process stability. 确保工艺过程的稳定；

16、Attend the machine capacity study and new machine specification defined.

参与设备的产能分析和新设备的技术要求的定义

17、Attend process and machine safety risk identify 参与工艺过程和设备的安全风险的识别和解决

Competency Specification
任职资格

1、大学本科或专科学历，机械及相关专业毕业 Degree graduate in Engine and related field of study；

2、3年以上汽车行业工作经验 Over 3-year working experience in automotive industry；

3、较强的英语能力（口语书面）；Good English skills( Oral and Written)；

4、熟悉CAD/CAE软件Good with CAD / CAE computer programs；

5、良好的工艺开发和工艺定义技能 Good skill with process define and development；

6、数量运用各种质量分析工具 Good skill with quality tools implement；

7、熟悉TS16949和APQP的5大核心工具 Familiar with TS16949 and APQP 5 core tools；

8、熟悉热压成型 Good experience with heating molding and press process；
