岗位要求：

1. Honest, active and be able to work under pressure.

2. At least 3 years working experience related to machinery company, manufacture or quality or test related experience is desired.

至少三年在机械制造企业，有制造、质量或测试相关经验。

3. Be able to speak and write simple English.

基本的英语书写和表达能力

4. Familiar with some simple quality tools, such as 8D, SPC, MSA.

熟悉简单的质量工具，如8D，SPC,MSA等。

5. Mechanics related academy graduated

Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1. Audit engine factory assembly line, and do the trouble shooting, like bad part used to assembly engine, improper assembly process is used or assembly process does not match work instruction.

负责发动机供应商组装线的质量控制，排查并解决问题，例如配件不良，组装工艺错误或不符

2. Conduct the finish goods audit and approve the engine shipment.

成品检验，批准发动机成品出货。

3. Help engine factory to develop some simple test to identify what the reason cause the issue.

帮助发动机供应商进行简单测试查找问题原因。

4. Communicate the quality issue found on assembly line and audit area with CKG team and headquarter, and track the issues assigned by supervisor.

与内部以及总部沟通产线及检验测试区发现的质量问题，并跟踪主管安排的事项。

5. Take part in the new project pilot, audit the pilot engine assembly process and audit the pilot engine.

参与新项目的试产，检验试产发动机的组装工艺和产品。
