Accountabilities:

1. Timely download bill of lading data and randomly select targeted bills of lading to proceed rate auditing, and ensure freight rate on bill of lading is correctly applied per company's rating guidance and tariff.

2. Audit and ensure accuracy of rating for dedicated accounts.

3. Produce the customized invoices in Excel file and send invoices to customer timely as scheduled.

4. Clarify with relative parties and other functional departments to identify the root cause of rating discrepancy or dispute, explore ways for improvement.

5. Monitor rate correction in system and timely record audit findings and categorize root cause correctly in rate audit database.

6. Compile audit report to summarize audit findings for further analysis.

7. Initiate valid methods to improve rating performance and communicate with relative functional parties for improvement.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, Shipping major will be preferred.

2. Fresh graduate or above, 1~2 year working experience in Shipping Industry is welcomed.

3. Good written and verbal English skills equivalent to CET-4.

4. Good PC operating skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & etc.

5. Integrity with a deep sense of Trust and have a strong responsibility to assigned tasks

6. Be customer focused with a strong sense of urgency.

7. Good communication skills.

8. Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
