Accountabilities:

1. Input bill of lading number based on shipping instruction in workflow system.

2. Check shipping instruction against customer profile and booking.

3. Following operating manual to produce and/or rates liner bill of lading according to shipping instruction & customer profile.

4. Input customer & commodity coding and send bill of lading proof to customers for confirmation.

5. Amend bill of lading and/or issue corrected bill of lading according to operating manual.

6. Release original or seaway bill of lading.

7. Transmit manifest to destination and/or origin customs.

8. Provide timely and effective resolution of any issues, problems arising from front line office or other parties and ensure escalation process is properly followed.

9. Assist supervisor to create, design and refine work processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency and service standard to the clientele.

10. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in Shipping related discipline is preferred.

2. Fresh graduate or above, working experience in Shipping Industry is a plus.

3. Good written and verbal English skills equivalent to CET-4.

4. Good PC operating skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & etc.

5. Integrity with a deep sense of Trust and have a strong responsibility to assigned tasks.

6. Be customer focused with a strong sense of urgency.

7. Good communication skills.

8. Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

9. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
