职位描述
Accountabilities:
1. Ensure and monitor customers requirements are delivered in comply to the Logistics Procedure and Account Matrix profile.
2. Liaise and advise customers of any inaccurate and incomplete documents that may impact cargo delivery.
3. Ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Customer Service Supervisors when there are potential costs impacts.
4. Continuously intensify relationship with customers.
5. Continuously identify service gaps, make recommendations and implement solutions to enhance greater customer satisfactions.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Logistics related discipline is preferred.
2. Fresh graduate or above, 1~2 year working experience in logistics management, warehousing and distribution and other supply chain-related services are advantages.
3. Good written and verbal English skills equivalent to CET-4.
4. Customer oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels.
5. Passion for service excellence.
6. Analytical problem solving.
7. Good pc skills such as typing, excel.
8. Strong spoken and written communication skills.
9. Team player with the ability to work independently within deadlines.
