Accountabilities:

1. Supervise and handle employee on boarding, termination, transfer and relevant HR information administration measured by data integrity and timeliness.

2. Supervise and handle compensation and benefits operation including annual compensation review, offer proposal, attendance administration, payroll delivery and tax declaration as well as provide C&B related advices to line managers.

3. Monitor performance management process including probation/conversion review, global PMP exercise, performance improvement plan etc.

4. Report and analyze employee attrition status, submit proposals for organization stabilization improvement.

5. Review and update company policies and procedures related to people management based on the change of legislations and business needs.

6. In compliance with current labor legislation, solve labor issue as needed, proactively provide consultation and solutions to prevent incurrence of labor issue.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above.

2. 5 Years above relevant working experience covering Recruitment, C&B, Performance management, labor relations and general HR functions. At least 3 years in managerial position.

3. Good English language skills.

4. Knowledge of market employment and development trends, labor markets and competitors.

5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

6. Flexibility to manage multi-tasks.

7. Leadership and management experiences.

8. Team player.

9. Self-driven and motivated.
