主要工作职责：
? 监督及管理小组成员的日常运作；
? 监控员工的表现，确保服务小组的服务质量能达到预定的指标；
? 培训及辅导小组成员，与小组成员分享营运经验，并有效地执行；
? 监督工作量状况，并适当部署资源以符合服务目标；
? 完成工作报表，分析工作状况；
? 处理及解决复杂的事件；
? 总结小组成员的工作信息，向项目经理推荐有效改进的方案；




职位要求：
- 大专或以上学历，具有2年以上呼叫中心工作经验，具有1年以上主管经验，有相关从业经验者优先；
- 具备良好沟通、培训及辅导技巧；
- 结果导向，具备良好的团队管理能力和团队合作精神；
- 具有工作热情，性格开朗，吃苦耐劳；
- 具备报表制作和分析能力，熟练使用Microsoft Office 软件；
- 具有呼叫中心排班经验者优先；
