主要工作职责：
? 创建和维护服务品质标准，熟练使用质量评估系统；
? 监听客服代表的电话，并从监听或抽查的电话中分析、概括、总结问题，对一线人员的表现进行客观的评估和反馈；
? 处理客户服务代表在工作中的疑难问题；
? 根据客服务人员存在的问题，计划和安排辅导或培训，以确保整体项目的服务品质的达成；
? 有效的现场监控和绩效评估；


职位要求：
- 大专及以上学历, 具有1年或以上相关呼叫中心质检经验；
- 口齿清晰，普通话标准，具备良好的沟通技巧；
- 具有建立和优化质量监控系统和标准的能力，并具有良好的贯彻执行评估系统的能力；
