职位描述：
岗位职责Main Responsibilities
1 负责组织来料检验工作，推进供应商体系改善及质量改进，管理并提高进货检验员。
Manage & improve incoming inspector development。
2 供应商质量记录管理，进行质量分析和供应商考核。
Record the suppliers’ quality information, carry on the quality analysis and the supplier assessment。
3支持公司质量体系的实施，完成来料和供方管理的质量月报。
Support the implementation of plant’s quality system ，Finish the incoming and suppliers quality monthly report.
4 快速反应，推进解决供应商质量问题，追踪供应商改善状态及报告。
Quick respond and assist to solve suppliers’ quality problem, track the supplier s’ improvement and give a report。
5组织变更零件验证、试装报告，确认工程变更验证结果以及供应商PPAP文件和PSW签署。
Organize verification and preinstall of modifying parts, and confirm the results of Engineering Change Verification。Responsible for supplier’s PPAP and PSW Verification.
6 参与新项目先期质量工作，协调处理新项目中供应商模具、检具、样件、产品的生产确认和验证。
Participate in new projects in advance the quality of work, coordinate and deal with the new project in the die supplier, with inspection, samples, product production qualification and validation.
7 参与新项目先期质量工作，完成来料部分的控制计划编制工作。
Participate in new projects in advance the quality of work, finish the incoming CP。

Competency Requirements (能力要求)
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
2 years or above work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred.
2 年及以上质量工作经验，汽车行业优先。
