1 Position/职位: Store Manager - Luxury /奢侈品门店经理

4 Position Objective/工作目标:
To ensure the effective performance of one Luxury store through the management of all direct report staff and the implementation of company policy and procedures. Leads by example and take a hand’s on approach to the business with high levels of attention to detail to maximise sales and profitability by providing an exceptional people’s culture that goes beyond expectations.
5 Key Activities/主要活动:
1) Store Sales
l Defining sales policy (product offer, price, merchandising, sales events, and stock management) to achieve the sales target.
制定店铺销售策略(产品,价格,陈列,促销活动以及库存管理)以达成销售指标
l To analyze the performance of points of sale, to propose and to implement any corrective actions when necessary.
分析销售状况,提出并实施必要的正确措施
l To ensure good setup of sales events and to monitor progress.
确保所有促销活动的顺利展开
l To have a complete understanding of the LS Asia Employee Handbook, Procedures and Policies and to abide by these at all times.
全面了解公司员工手册,营运政策及流程
2) Customer service
l Ensuring the store profitability and providing of exceptional service in accordance to the Lagardere Services Go Beyond & Oscar standards.
提供符合公司Go Beyond & Oscar 标准的优质服务以确保门店的盈利状况并。
l Ensuring the corporate image of both Lagardere Services and the brands is respected at all times and in line with guidelines.
确保店铺始终按照公司方针保持高品质的公司及品牌形象
l To act in a professional manner in every daily activity carried out in the store and therefore to lead by example
秉承专业的日常工作方式,成为行业内的标杆
l To ensure that the customer complaints are handled according to the company policy.
专业并完全按照公司政策处理客户意见和投诉
3) Stock and security
l To ensure continuously a good level of stock in the store by monitoring their thresholds and working closely with the buying team.
密切掌控销售及损耗状况以确保库存始终处于良性状态
l Investigate all loss prevention issues and report to management.
全面负责店铺的防损措施并及时与管理层汇报。
4) People management and communication
l To manage the store staffing (recruitment of Team Leaders and Team Members, work schedules, staff rotations, appraisal, development and promotion) in order to develop the sales.
全面负责店铺人员管理,包括店铺人员的招聘,排班,轮岗,考核,晋升和发展,以帮助销售的提升。
l To ensure all new staff receives the correct induction according to the company’s training standards (induction training program and coaching program on the shop floor).
按照公司标准制定并确保实施所有新入职员工的培训
l To coordinate the back office support activities (cashing purchases, voucher collection, unknown mark-downs) and logistics from warehouse (management of stock and boutique supply, monitoring customs issues).
协调总部支持部门及仓库的沟通
6 Skill, Knowledge and Experience/技能、知识及经验:
1) The successful applicant has a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with at least 5 years of significant experience in managing a sales team, mandatorily acquired in the Fashion distribution sector.5年以上相关时尚店铺管理经验
2) Good understanding of sales and operations of a luxury fashion store.
对店铺销售和日常管理有清楚的认识
3)Strong interpersonal relationship skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.很强的人际沟通和领导能力
4)Strong understanding of the customer service basics.
