主要工作Main Missions：

处理供应商质量日常质量问题，协调供应商质量及交付。

Solve the daily quality problem of the supplier, coordinate quality and delivery of the supplier
组织变更零件验证、试装报告，确认工程变更验证结果。

Organize verification and preinstall of modifying parts, and confirm the results of Engineering Change Verification

供应商质量记录管理，进行质量分析和供应商考核。

Record the supplier’s quality information, carry on the quality analysis and the supplier assessment

快速反应，推进解决供应商质量问题，追踪供应商改善状态及报告。

Quick respond and assist to solve supplier’s quality problem, track the supplier’s improvement and give a report

支持公司质量体系的实施。

Support the implementation of plant’s quality system

协助来料检验工作，推进供应商体系改善及质量改进。

Assist the incoming inspection, and promote the improvement of the supplier’s quality system and part quality

任职资格Qualification：

学历: 大学本科以上（含大学本科）

Education level: Above undergraduate college (including undergraduate college)

专业背景: 机械制造、汽车或化工专业等相关专业

Professional background : Machinery manufacturing, automobile or chemical professionals, and other related professionals

工作经验: 从事质量相关工作2年以上

Working experience: Engaged in work related to the quality more than 2 years

胜任能力: 良好的沟通和协调能力，团队意识明确，熟悉质量工具的使用。

Competence: good communication and coordination ability, a clear sense of team, familiar with the use of quality tools.

其他要求: 具备相当的外语能力，QFD、DOE、QAD基础知识、直观工厂，精益生产，看板管理、公司内部产品的生产工艺

Other requirements: has the suitable foreign language ability, QFD, DOE, QAD basic knowledge, visual factory, lean production, billboards management, the company internal product technique of production
