职位描述
Location: Chongqing Wanzhou
Report to Plant General Manager
Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Purchasing of all materials required for the wanzhou plant, to ensure optimum levels of materials are available for production.
2. To supply Operations with quality materials at the lowest cost commensurate with specifications standards,
3. Lead process to identify new materials and processes that offer competitive advantages
4. Review purchase and investigate source of supply, develop alternative suppliers.
5.Develop effective supply ingredients and put in place the formal systems, disciplines and controls needed to underpin future growth
6. Improve supply through "win-win" partnership
7. Control purchasing cost
8. Conduct major contract negotiations
9. Raise and expedite all factory purchase orders, and approve for payment invoices for orders received of acceptable quality
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in engineering or science.
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in sourcing.
3. Hands-on experience and understanding of SAP system.
4. Knowledgeable and practical experience in purchasing
5. Excellent people relationship skills, strong leadership
6. Supplier quality management experience is a must.
