职位描述
职责：
从给中小企业代理注册，建账，代帐，到涉外会计，公司财务，财务分析，税务策划，投资咨询等。
要求：
1. 211大学财务相关专业本科以上学历，英语熟练（CET 6级或海外学历）；考虑优秀理工科背景毕业生转行；
2. 立志于财务及金融服务行业，有明确的职业目标，愿意往财务分析和税务咨询策划发展；
3. 参加并已经通过至少一门的相关资格考试，比如注册会计师，注册税务师，英国注册会计师ACCA(或美国，澳洲等CPA)，金融分析师CFA等；
4. 主管级别需有中国ＣＰＡ或者类似的国际会计资格；３年以上相关工作经验；
5. 较强的数理分析能力，逻辑思维能力强；
6. 吃苦耐劳，意志坚强，注重自身的长远发展甚于眼前利益。
这是公司内部培养高级财务分析人员的一个计划，公司鼓励并报销相关考试和学习费用，优秀员工有海外学习的机会。
