职位描述
岗位职责：
1、参与制定公司行政管理制度、完善和细化办公管理体系和业务流程；
2、执行公司年度行政计划，控制行政费用；
3、参与组织、协调安排公司的各种会议及大型活动；
4、购置办公设备、办公用品，安排人员管理和发放，管理公文、行政档案、证章、计算机磁盘、光盘等重要资料；
5、管理公共环境卫生和安全；
6、合理调度公务用车，安排车辆的维修与保养；
7、做好员工、各部门及上级之间的沟通工作；
8、协助对外联络与接待工作。
任职资格：
1、重点大学全日制行政管理、企业管理等相关专业本科学历；英语基础好；
2、5年以上行政管理工作经验；其中至少2年主管工作；
3、熟悉行政工作流程，办公用品采购流程，企业资产管理；
4、熟练使用办公软件和办公自动化设备。
5、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力； 较强的公关能力；执行力强。
