Job Function:

? Technological support and planning of manufacturing processes to ensure that the setup of Machining process will be according to the quality system and product introduction plans of engine workpiece;
? Detect and prevent processing problems, production readiness (include all doc., materials, fixtures, equipments, etc) checking before production, introduction & application of new development in Process Engineering, perform failure analysis, provide recommendation and follow-up actions, planning, executing and reporting of priorities;
? Trouble shooting, cost reduction, capacity improvement, cycle time management and some other related assignments;
? Edit process charts and drawing as well as operations and implement them into the shop floor
? Prepare for sample parts producing.
? Cutting tools support localization efforts, evaluate tool cost and implement appropriate process improvement including cutting parameters and tools structure optimizing. Study for cost reduction objectives.
? Quality tools with FMEA,APQP,APC.

Job Requirements:

? 2-3 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated ability to produce innovative and successful processes to meet project schedules and cost targets of production consuming.
? Familiar with AutoCAD, familiar with Q-Das/Quality tools;
? Experience of Engine function and familiar with 3C parts producing process;
? Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English;
? BA degree in Mechanical engineering ( or related subject )
? Ability to travel to Chinese locations;
? Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work.
