Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier scanning/evaluation/selection/audit according to requirements
- Determine/develop product specifications with product managers to meet target cost
- Monitor material/process/machine costs conditions to support target costing
- Implement continuous improvement program with suppliers
- Work with suppliers & product manager/ Business Units to ensure time to market
- Support in process owners in defining / processes
Requirements:
- Above Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience Quality or SQE experiences in a manufacturing / product development environment
experience in automotive industry will be a plus
- Certified auditor or/and experience with TS 16949 advantageous
- Strong working knowledge in Quality systems, manufacturing process & costs and product development
- Proficient knowledge of MS office software (especially MS Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin
- Skills in efficient project management
