Basic Requirements （基本要求）:
? Must have Engineering and or Tool & Die Maker degree, diploma or equivalent experience / background.
需要拥有工程，或者模具/冲压制造本科学历，学位证书或者相关经历和背景。
? Minimum 3 years related experience preferred with Program or Process.
至少拥有三年项目开发或工艺。
? Must be able to read and fully interpret Engineering Drawings and Standards (Applicable GD&T knowledge preferred).
能够阅读和完全解读英文图纸和相关的标准（能够理解GD&T更好）。
? Intermediate computer skills in Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Microsoft Project, Internet, Flowcharts, and an understanding of Databases, MRP and CAD, software.
能够熟悉操作相关的微软办公软件和理解数据库，电子物流系统和电脑制图等相关软件。
? High level of organizational skills required.
要求有很好的相关组织能力。
? Strong written and oral communication skills in English and ability to effectively interact with outside customers, suppliers, and all levels of employees internally.

? Willing to travel frequently.

? Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 system and related requirements.

Key Responsibilities (主要工作职责):
? Champion the quoting process for prototype and production quotes & timing.
负责手工样件的报价和量产产品报价及时间计划。
? Develop and maintain program budgets (costing).
建立和维护项目的预算（费用）。
? Collects /reviews and understands program information from customers and MSM.
收集/审计和理解来自客户和摩缇马帝的项目信息。
? Responsible for developing and maintaining a program time line.
负责建立和维护项目的时间计划表。
? Champion of ‘design for manufacturing’ & Provides on going design input for conducting
manufacturing feasibility and Customer requirements.
以“设计是为制造服务”的理念进行产品设计输入，以满足制造可行性和客户需求。
? Coordinates all aspects of prototype related activities.
协助关于手工样件的所有活动。
? Manages and follows up on all new program testing (internal & external).
管理和跟踪所有新项目的测试(内部/外部) 。
? Provide information for input into the preliminary bill of materials.
提供初步的生产物料表所有的相关信息。
? Coordinates purchased components kick off and approval .
协调采购零件从开始到批准的过程活动。
? Oversee kick off and approval of new/modified tooling / gauges check fixtures. (Must be present for all die trials.)
审核所有新模具/修改模具/检具/夹具从开始和批准的所有过程。（必须参加所有冲压模的试生产）。
? Responsible for specification, sourcing and negotiations of assembly and tooling contracts for program.
负责项目关于生产线和模具合同的规范制订，供应商寻找和具体讨论。
? Coordinate the approval of tooling/line equipment for payment. (Must be present for assembly equipment in house trials.)
协调模具/生产线的付款批准。（必须参加生产线厂内的试生产）
? Arrange & authorize packaging development.
安排和授权包装规范的开发。
? Conducts program milestone reviews, tracks open issues and reports the status along with corrective actions to the GM and VP on a monthly basis.
管理项目关键时间点的审查，跟踪问题点以及向总经理和副总裁每月报告问题点改善计划。
? Coordinates and reviews all process sign-off.
协调和审查所有过程的签核。
? Interface with Quality Department and oversees the preparation of PPAP documentation and review submissions.
与质量部门协作，核查PPAP文件的准备，以及审查PPAP的提交。
? Initiates and coordinates all new program release and engineering changes per the production ECN system.
发起和协调所有新项目的移交，以及按照量产产品工程变更通知系统来执行工程变更。
? Must ensure the containment of new processes and parts until production is stabilized and there are no customer issues
确保新产品和新生产过程的围堵措施持续执行直到量产稳定以及客户端没有问题。
? Assist to deal with the customer’s complaint (like as PRR/QR).
协助处理客诉（比如PRR/QR）。
? Must lead and be involved in DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, FEA, Product drawings, Identification of key characteristics, control plan and design review processes.
必须主导和参与DFMA,PFMA,DVP&R,FEA,产品图纸,关键特性的定义，控制计划和设计审查的制作全部过程。
? Communicate APQP information to customers, suppliers, sales and plant personnel.
与客户，供应商，销售和工厂员工交流APQP信息。
? Assist the Sale’s activity to get the new project in China .
协助销售的活动以期望获得潜在的新项目。
? Customer interface- (Project Engineering, Customer Engineering, Customer Purchasing). This includes the “Statement of Work” and team feasibility / Risk assessment.
客户（项目工程师，客户开发工程师，采购）活动参予。包括“工作说明”，团队可信性/风险分析。
? Track and control development costs (FSS)
跟踪和控制产品开发费用。
? Track and control product costs.

? Responsible for all deliverables. Track status of “Program Deliverables” and reconcile with cost during the life of the Program.

? Support President’s Message.

? Adopt, practice, support and encourage KAIZEN and GEAR activities.
