职责简述：
负责热线电话中客户的咨询解答、投诉处理以提高客户满意度，及时提醒逾期时间较短（30天以内）的客户进行还款，以及其他个人汽车分期融资业务相关的综合性事务。
主要职责：
- 接听客户热线电话，收集记录客户意见及需求，及时提供优质的业务咨询服务。
- 受理客户投诉建议，安抚客户情绪并进行耐心解答。
- 确保有效地跟进所有的逾期客户，在保持客户满意度的情况下，及时提醒逾期（30天以内）客户进行还款。
- 严格遵循公司作业程序和政策与客户以及其他相关各方的沟通。
- 承担其他与个人汽车分期融资业务相关的综合性工作。
要求
- 全日制专科毕业及以上，金融、经济类专业优先。
- 普通话标准，口头表达能力好，应变能力强。
- 良好沟通能力及客户服务意识。
- 良好的团队合作精神。
- 擅长处理综合事务。
- 良好的英文阅读能力。
- 熟悉汽车分期融资业务者优先
