职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Manage China media relationships to build a positive brand preference for China in the minds of customers, professional and opinion leaders;
- Closely cooperate with PR management in headquarter to craft and deliver a consistent and high impact content in support of brand and sales objects;
- Implement yearly advertising plan, plan and deliver PR release in time;
- Responsible for editorial direction, creation and supervising all press releases, media advisories, e-newsletter, web content, and other corporate announcements;
- Communicate with media properly, maintain good relationship with media;
- Plan and edit e-newsletter with the suitable content and deliver it in time;
- Maintain media archive, including print and digital clippings, photo, video and other media assets; monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis;
- Propose and implement new communications through social media platforms such as on line forums, Wechat, Weibo to engage with netizens, build brand awareness and market the company’s services and products;
- Develop and manage the topics for social media communication to better engage in our target netizens;
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc;
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in social media;
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities /campaigns in social media channels;
- Support PR events and brand development activities;
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis;
- PR crisis management;
- Keep good communication with suppliers and distributors;
- Keep good communication with Germany Mkt. PR team and exchange local experience.

Requirements:
- University degree or above major in Advertising, Journalism or Language;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in foreign company responsible for PR and advertising function, which have experience in cost control and organization;
- Exceptional writing, editing, content development capabilities with strong attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop successful working partnerships with internal staff and external stakeholders such as media;
- Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English;
- Capable of working independently and self-motivated. 举报 分享
