1. Provide monthly Field Service Engineer(FSE) Team site allowance & OT data submission to HR team for payroll management.
2. Weekly China FSE Working Hours collection, tracing and follow-up to aligned completion with uploaded Time Card.
3. China/Asia Hub FSE Teams Personal Protection Equipment purchasing, storage and distribution per FSE requests plus weekly follow-up with Region and HQ EHS teams.
4. China FSE team PO receiving and follow-up with Financial Team for completed jobs billing per effective communication with related internal partners.
5. Support China/Asia Hub FSE Team Leaders for Logistic and other team management stuff.
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Fluent English
3. PC proficiency
4. Strong oral and written communication skills
5. Result-driven team work mindset
