Our Client is an International sourcing company.

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical guidance/support, recommendations and solutions on socks and hosiery products during all steps from product development to bulk shipment
-Ensure the Company and customer quality standards are achieved
-Evaluation of sock samples through measuring, counting, physical appearance checks, NAHM board check, as well as review of performance test results from internal and independent labs.
-Setting product specific standards in regards to socks specifications (i.e. measurements, etc.) and performance standards.
-Investigating and solving potential sock product challenges in sample and manufacturing stages.
-Understand the facility and capability of suppliers to identify and determine the best production allocation strategies
-Supporting internal stakeholders (i.e. Designers, QC teams) as well as external stakeholders (i.e. Suppliers, Customers) with practical issue resolution and follow-up.

Requirements:
-At least 8 years' experience in a technical role in the socks industry, ideally with a socks manufacturer or a socks sourcing organization
-Experience in socks manufacturing and/or socks sourcing, deep technical understanding of socks products
-Ability to evaluate, approve or provide commercial decision making on socks products professionally for all technical aspects
-Understanding of fabric and socks performance standards and tests
-Issue resolution and follow up skills
-ndependent, confident, self-motivated and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast and dynamic environment
-Good influential skills and able to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders
-Good decision making and presentation skills
-Able to communicate in English/Mandarin
-Regular travel to China is required
-Written and spoken English and/or Mandarin
