Responsibilities:
- Follow existing account customers and develop new customers.
- Identify business opportunities to maintain sales level and develop new business
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate sales results, monthly and quarterly
- Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of RFQ, products information, technical support (with internal resources).
- Engage Suppliers for support and build up of distribution sales coverage with clear target to increase market share and mindshare
- Set up sales forecast and budget to meet the Sales target.
-Clear sales reporting on customers , competitors, market movements etc.
Requirements :
- A college or bachelor’s degree on Mechanical / Electronics Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in Electronics industry, preferly in preferably in passives components and interconnect products.
- Know the market of Industrial, Automotive, or Datacom segments, Having Passive, Discrete, or Sensor background is a plus.
- Self assertive and able to work independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines.
- Mature disposition, positive attitude and self motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good writing and presentation skills in English.
- Located in Suzhou
