· Only those who are keen to relocate to China, Dezhou may apply
· Fluency in English required and fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentation.
· Excellent and experienced on optimizes manufacturing processes in Bumping area.
· Team player with good interpersonal skills and works efficiently with the internal engineering team and suppliers.
· BS/MS Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering or Material Science.
· More than 5 years of direct Bumping or Fab process experience , especially in Plating process area.
· Good understanding of SPC and DOE techniques, FMEAs, Six Sigma tools and Industry Reliability Standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Works with internal manufacturing partners to resolve technical and quality issues.
· Customer oriented. Maintains product quality, manufacturing effectiveness and resolution of process difficulties through effective statistical analysis, designed experiments, and procedural changes.
· Focus engineer to set up bumping process quality system in DZ factory.
· Lead Production quality issues analysis working with respective functions and other team
· Drive 8D and actions deployment on time for quality issues, Ensuring that containment actions are immediately and properly deployed.
· Maintain quality engineering standards from external customer, industry and official organization to meet customer’s products or services
· Disposition of all Non-Conforming Material, drive Root Cause and Corrective actions on significant internal and external Quality defects/issues
