Job Description/岗位描述：
?HSE findings recording and tracking (GPI, bird pyramid ...);
对HSE发现的问题进行记录和跟踪（GPI, 事故金字塔图…）；
?Internal communication and training;
对内沟通和培训；
?External communication (Keep good relationship with government, waste declaration, pressure vessel inspection application ...)
对外沟通联络（于政府相关部门保持良好关系，废水申报，压力容器检查申请…）；
?HSE related data collection, analysis, and reporting (Lost time injury, SCORE ...);
HSE相关数据收集，分析，以及汇报 (损失工时的工伤事故，SCORE…)；
?Daily factory tour;
每日厂区巡视；
?Incident investigation (Injury, environment incident and material damage, near miss );
事故调查（工伤，环境事故以及材料损耗，未遂事故）；
?Drill planning and organizing (Fire, evacuation, chemical spill, gas leakage ...);
安排演习计划并组织演习（如：火灾、疏散、化学品溢出、天然气泄漏…）；
?Occupational health management (Dosimeter management, occupational disease hazard testing...);
职业健康管理（放射量测量，职业病危害检测…）；
?Environment management (Waste water transferring, environment monitoring...);
环境事项管理（废水转运，环境监控…）；
?PPE management;
个人安全防护品管理；
?Assist HSE supervisor for other HSE activities (Include but not limited to: Corporation HSE standard implementation, risk analysis, legal requirement compliance evaluation, etc ).
协助HSE主管开展其它HSE方面工作（包括但不仅限于: 集团的HSE标准实施, 风险分析，法规要求的评估，等）。
Requirement/要求：
1.Bachelor degree,majored in environmental or safety engineering/本科学历，环境或安全工程专业。
2. Extensive knowledge of HSE international codes and standards (ISO, OHSAS, etc…) /了解HSE国际规范和标准（ISO,OHSAS等）
3.Good command of problem solving methods and improvement tools/ 良好的问题处理能力，并掌握改进工具
4.English fluent/英语流利
5.Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit/负责，严谨，有良好的自主能力和团队合作精神
6.Communicating well with company colleagues and other staff/可与公司同事及其他工作人员良好的沟通
