Plant HR Manager (Working Location: Xiangtan)
1. To ensure the implementation and application of agreed HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout the relevant functions in the local plant/site and strive for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of Region HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind;
2. To execute effective local Talent Management(TM) initiatives in line with the global strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline in the relevant functions in the local plant/site;
3. To provide support and guidance to the relevant local management thus enabling them to contribute to the talent management agenda including talent planning and organization development. To help the line management to develop employees' capabilities to the mid-to-long-term business needs;
4. To contribute for all employee relations and representatives at the local, regional and national level related to their specific local plant/site to ensure full compliance with applicable employment legislations;
5. To support organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective;
6. To counsel and support business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues; e.g. disciplinary actions including face-to -face meetings with managers/employee/works, application of early retirement programs with execution of individual cases, lay-off employees including negotiation of severance payments;
7. Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above for relevant area.
2. 8 years work experience for HR management.
3. Plant HR expereience is necessary
4. Solides experience in ER
5. Good planning skills with strategic thinking
6. Good interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
7. Good command of English and computer.

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
