RESPONSIBLE OF FINANCE OF IDIADA CHINA BUSINESS UNIT

MISSION AND REPORTING
Your mission will be to support the development of the company from the financial, budgetary, fiscal and legal point of view. You will act as senior controller taking care of the business unit accountancy and any other activity related to the above mentioned domain.
You will report to the MD of IDIADA China as well as to the Finance department of IDIADA Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To act as responsible for the company (IDIADA Business Unit China) finance: in charge of preparing the company for internal and external audits, in charge of the accountancy as well as of the finance controlling (accountancy, tax, treasury, invoicing...),
- You will be in charge of preparing the .company status reports. with the Managing Director (MD) to be after reported to the Board of Directors of Applus IDIADA Group.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional Experience and personal skills:
- Experience including financial, budgetary, legal and fiscal issues (preferably, 6 to 8 years in total):
1. Proven previous professional experience as auditor (in a audit firm/consultancy firm) or in charge of preparing the company for quality and finance audits and with professional experience as accountant, with good knowledge of invoicing and local taxation (mandatory)
2. Professional experience in a similar position is an asset (2 years minimum)
3. Advanced user of the MS office tools, specially excel and power point is a must. Having work with ERP's like NAVISION or SAP is very welcome
- Recognisable entrepreneurial spirit, and with excellent analytical skills in order to keep under control all the finance procedures of the company. Rigorous.
- Creative, and confident in business administration. With recognisable service orientation and with proactive approach. With high level of commitment to the job and identification with corporate objectives. Persistent objective oriented person
- Confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels and from different cultures inside multinational organisations
- Open to travel if required

Languages:
- Chinese (mandarin) as native and very fluent in English (Both are mandatory)

Education:
- Business Administration, Accounting or Economics
- Having an MBA or a postgraduate in Finance is an asset (very welcome)
