职位描述

OnStar – Call Center Team Leader

The Call Center Team Leader key responsibility is the day to day management of the OnStar advisor. This includes all aspects of the advisor daily operation and service providing. This position is critical to the delivery of high-quality, OnStar services to the subscribers and the guarantee of critical operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Meets all of the metrics as defined by the organization and works on corrective actions when the requirements are not being met.
Responsible for managing own team advisors at the call center(s) to provide appropriate service level attainment.
Ensure own team advisors can compliance to all processes outlined by the Business Process team for all lines of business, this includes compliance to handle time as well as any legal or business practice compliance that would be required.
Focus on the real-time own team advisor’s emotion\ efficiency\ loyalty, using correct way to improve the team status and provide the information to the senior level when the advisor is insecure or need long-term vocation.
Collecting and feedback the problems\ suggestion and questions which involve system \procedure \script \product \training \environment \KPI and so on to the operation manager.
Responsible for understanding and monitor advisor levels for his own groups to meet the KPI
Responsible for dealing with complaints and transfer it to the senior level if the complaint content exceed their right and ability.
Responsible for transferred phone and provide real-time assist when receive team advisor’s request.
Focus on the advisor daily work task and give the notice when the progress is not good
Timely indicate and correct own team advisors mistake and collect the popular mistake information for senior level

QUALIFICATIONS

Bi-lingual (Chinese/English)
Junior college education(associate degree) required at a minimum , advance degree preferable
Exceed 2 years in management positions within a inbound and outbound call center
Ability to deal with ambiguity and still deliver on business results
Exceptional harmonizing and communication skills
With a strong sense of responsibility and pay attention to details
