职位描述：
Key Responsibilities :主要工作职责
1)Provide on-site technical support and service of production line
为生产线提供现场技术支持和服务；
2)Responsible for the program teaching of welding robot. Responsible for the program adjustment and maintenance of robotic welding equipment. Solve the on-site process technical problem
负责焊接机器人程序示教，负责机器人焊接设备程序的调整与维护，解决现场工艺技术问题；
3)Support welding engineers to develop products welding process, assist in the preparation and optimization of welding production line layout , welding processes, flow charts , work instructions , rework instructions and etc.
协助焊接工程师制定产品的焊接工艺流程，协助编制和优化焊接生产线布局、焊接工艺、流程、作业指导书、返工作业指导书等；
4)Train, instruct and supervise the implementation of welding operators according to working documentations properly
培训、指导并监督焊接操作工按作业标准正确执行；
5)Responsible for the periodic inspection and repair of welding fixtures.
负责焊接夹具的定期检验和修复；
6)Responsible for the periodic inspection and replacement of electrode.
负责管理电极的定期检验和更换；
7)Responsible for developing, optimizing and monitoring the welding parameter of production line.
负责确定、优化和监控生产线的焊接工艺参数；
8)Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality problems in production.
负责协调其他部门解决生产中出现的质量问题；
9)Support Workshop Supervisor / Production Supervisor to improve equipment efficiency.
支持车间主任/生产主管提高生产车间的设备效率；
10)Support welding equipment maintenance .
支持焊接设备的维护与保养；
11)Other job assigned by the supervisor.
完成车间主任安排的其它任务。


Basic Requirements :基本要求
a)college or above in welding or mechanical or equivalent.
大专以上学历，焊接或机械类相关专业。
b)2 years or above experience in production on-site technical work
2年以上生产现场工作经验。
c)Proficiency in program teaching of industrial robots , master welding technical knowledge, with robot welding experience.
熟练进行工业机器人的示教，掌握焊接的工作原理，具备机器人焊接加工经验。
d)With welding fixture adjustment experience.
有焊接夹具的调整经验。
e)Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic components , solenoid valves, and mechanical drive system , understand PLC control theory.
熟悉液压系统，气动元件，电磁阀，及机械传动系统，了解PLC控制原理。
f)Good do it by self and learning ability , with a strong sense of responsibility and the spirit of motivated and communication skills.
动手及学习能力强，具有较强的工作责任心和较强的事业进取心和责任感，沟通能力强。
g)Good English and computer basic skill.
