职位描述：

本职位工作地点：东莞和惠州皆可

Summary of Position:
1.locate in Dongguan to expanding the business in Dongguan and Huizhou area.
2. Manage the disty channel and support them to achieve the revenue goal, leading the design actitives with them.
3.Manage sales routines of Disty with Internal parties [Marketing, CS, FAE, Finance] in Pricing, Backlog management, Sample, Quality, Finance. And problem solving.
4.Reporting - Presentation for Monthly / Quarterly Review for Disty / Management. Forecast & Design-In_Win monthly update.
5.Externally, conduct customer visits for key & major, as well as new potential customers, to understand / kill Competition to capture market share. Update customer profiles (TAM / SAM / Share) to seek for area for growth.
6.Define sales strategies with Disty for new market exploration, base on Disty technical expertise & market intelligence. Mobilize Marketing & Disty for New Product promotional campaign for market attack.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
1.Dongguan & Huizhou Area.

Required knowledge,skills,abilities:
1.Data compilation & analytic skill, .
2.Capable of working independently.
3.With good written & spoken English.
4.With pleasant personality and persuasive power will be an advantage.

5.Bachelor degree or above in electronics engineering, 4 ~ 6 years experience on semiconductor industry.
