1、全面负责教学点的管理与运营，统筹市场开发、营销策划、教学管理与协调及行政管理工作；
2、制定工作计划，组织实施并督促、检查执行情况；
3、负责校区的日常教学、教务、教师和招生管理，做好校内各部门的管理、组织和协调工作；
4、组建和完善销售体系和销售团队，做销售费用预算,并监督实施；
5、做好教学管理，把好教学质量关口；
