职位描述：
1. Support and participate in the implementation of AOS quality system.
2. Ensure the on time disposition of holding lots in testing area and minimize the impact on FG delivery.
3. Interface with all departments for product yield improvement.
4. Ensure the effectiveness of final testing in AOS facilities / subcon and guarantee the product performance at end customers.
5. To ensure a robust testing process through continuous improvement
6. Co-work with cross functional departments to handle customer complaints and drive for the root cause of the failure.
7. Guide to complete customer surveys and qualification reports.
8. Ensure the product / process change is properly qualified and the PCN procedure is followed.
9. Co-work with HR to coach, train and develop each subordinator.
10. Properly assign projects / tasks to each subordinator and ensure the on time delivery of each project / task.
11. To accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner.

岗位要求：
a) Education 教育:
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, micro-electronics, physics or materials science.

b) Experience经验:
6 years of product/test engineering experience in power semiconductor industry
3 years managerial experience
