Overview

System Audit Manager advises IT Management on the development and implementation of risk management policies, systems and controls. The scope of the work covers the full panoply of financial ERP risks, IT operation and business risk, as well as regulatory compliance issues.


Responsibilities

Development and implementation of application systems controls and risk management policies related to IT and business application systems

Review risk management policies and procedures against China regulatory requirements and against international best practice; identify opportunities for enhancements; assist the business in developing an implementation strategy and in resolving implementation issues

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of risk management methodologies and current developments, and develop thought leadership on areas of expertise

Assist in other business and financial audits when required

Requirements:

University graduate; CISA & CPA qualifications preferable

At least 5 years experience in the IT & ERP system project management and deployment, ERP system administration, preferably with at least 3 years IT audit experience

Business service oriented and accustomed to taking a pro-active approach

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills

Ability to work closely with senior business management

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English is an advantage

Good knowledge and experience on Oracle ERP preferred

Relevant professional qualification such as CISA, CISM, CGEIT, FRM, is an advantage.
