职位描述
公司位于浦东康桥镇。康桥地区有班车接送上、下班。
家住附近者优先。
该岗位汇报给公司总经理（德国人），要求会简单的英语日常用语。
岗位职责
-负责来电接听，做第一步筛选；负责电话转接、留言；
-接待客户，做好外来人员进、出入登记工作；
-负责更新公司联系录的更新，收发快递，预定机票、酒店，安排登记公务车的使用；
-负责办公用品的库存管理与采购工作；
-收集、统计员工每月出勤报告；
-总经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求
-大专及其以上学历,35岁及其以上，1年以上外资公司前台工作经验；
-英语基础口语，书写、阅读须流利 ；
-熟练使用日常办公软件 (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)；
-良好的沟通能力和时间管理能力 ；
-耐心、乐于助人，良好的团队协作精神。
