GENERAL SUMMARY:
Develop and implement company C&B strategies and policies-Conduct annual C&B survey and result analysis-Prepare annual budget for company labor cost-Support to roll out the employee performance management and salary review process-HR related internal and external audit-Personnel file and labor contract management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Closely work with Finance department to prepare monthly payroll application and salary booking for local and expatriates;
2. Maintaining and updating HR System and all employee information ;
3. Assisting in the development of the HR policy and procedure;
4. Maintaining confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans;
5. Conducting the administration of compensation and benefits in terms of pay policy and system design;
6. Perform annual tax filing for all employees;
7. Provide timely payroll information and monitor on the process, question and answer, statement and salary slips;
8. Conduct annual merit increase and perform operation task;
9. Conduct annual bonus operation and payout;
10. Responsible for a well-kept database of historical information for needs of data processing and analysis;
11. Assist in daily operational matters as per request.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree, 5+ years work experience and minimum 3 years C&B experience in MNC environment;
2. Well organized & structured thinking, well at data analysis-Excellent analytical skills and process orientation
3. Ability to work under pressure-High integrity, sense of confidentiality, carefulness;
4. Familiar with MS Office-Fluent in English both oral and written;
5. Self-motivate, high responsible and diligent attitude, strong willingness to learn;
6. Good team-player and inter-personal skills
