Accountabilities：
1、建立和维护生产流程
Set up and maintain production process
2、负责相关工艺项目，提高产品的质量和生产效率以节省成本
Involved in project to improve the production quality and efficiency
3、对设备的改革提出建议以提高设备的性能
Provide support to improve equipment
4、解决生产工艺和质量的问题
Provide solution to optimize production process

职位要求：
Requirements:
1、 硕士学位，机械/材料/工程动力或相关专业，1-2年工作经验
Master degree, major in Mechanics, Material, Engineering or related，with 1-2 yrs' experience
2 、良好的英语说写能力，熟练掌握Microsoft办公软件
Good spoken and written English, good at Microsoft Office
3、 较强的沟通及协调能力
Strong skills in communication and teamwork
4、 良好的分析和解决问题的能力
