岗位职责：

1.按要求作运输计划，确认运输车队、运输费用、提货车号、客户到货要求并确认提货仓库、送货。

2.根据运输计划、相关确认书、客户的特殊要求进行合理运输安排，根据轻重缓急，整合资源进行有效配载；

3.生成运输委托书，传真至车队并确认；当天排车结束后，与车队做总计划书面确认；

4.易制毒化学品的运输管理；

5.日常配送信息及时沟通、处理并有有效确认；

6 将每天的运输计划电子文档（从公司仓储进出货）发送仓储相关业务人员并确认；

7. 要求车队在上午十点以前书面反馈前一个工作日的运输数据信息，要求数据信息必须准确，且与仓库出货信息进行核对，真实、完整地记录运输资料；

8. 将准确信息及时录入提货单，核对后转至库存结算及入库计划；

9. 完成总经理交办的其它相关事项。

岗位要求：

1．大专以上文化程度；

2．有二年以上经验，有大型贸易类企业、物流企业的从业经历为佳；有物流员证书有限。

3．具良好的人际沟通技巧, 能承受工作压力；具有熟练的OFFICE软件操作能力和熟知用友财务软件。
