1.计算机相关专业，大学本科以上学历，具有扎实的计算机理论基础知识
2.一年以上.Net平台B/S、C/S架构项目开发经验；
3.熟悉C#、VB、C++等一种或多种编程语言
4.熟悉SQL Server或Oracle等数据库的使用和开发；
5.有面向对象分析和开发经验，熟悉软件开发流程，良好的编码风格；
6.学习能力强，较好的沟通和协作能力，具备良好的团队意识；
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining industrial software applications.
2. Translates functional requirement or specifications into technical solutions, and implement the solutions with plans and executions.
3. Comunicates continually with the client and project teams - clarify client's needs, present tech team ideas and explains progress on the development efforts.
Education:
1. Have a Bachelor and above degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics or related area.
2. With industial control knowledge or background is a good plus.
Requirement:
1. Have good experience on .net 4.0 framework or winform, and ASP.Net 2.0 or above, for ASP.Net position.
2. Familiar with C/S and B/S solutions, common pattens, and best practices.
3. 1+ years .net development experience.
4. Good knowledge of software development processes and methods.
5. Experiences with SQL Server or Oracle.
