? Fluent in spoken and written English & excellent interpersonal skills
? Highly computer literate with ability to work on Excel, Word, Power Point and also Internet.
? Ability to email in English

Job Description
a. Day to day office activities office maintenance ,Computers, courier, telephone dept, Lease rentals etc
b. Knowledge in local area and coordinate Hotel bookings, Car rental, Travel agent etc.
c. Coordination with visa/work permit agency, HR agency, CPA etc.
d. Liaison with agency for Rep office management like annual check etc.
e. Prepare vouchers for various payments, bank transfer forms, submission to the bank etc.
f. Correspond with Headquarters on email, telephone & fax.
g. Assist other expatriate staff in coordination and their travel, house lease, settlement etc.
