1. Goals目标

- Selling our complete product basket of “Road Safety System” TS Shanghai via direct and indirect sales channels in the region of . . . . . . .

在...区域,通过直接或间接销售渠道,销售公司道路安全系统的全部产品。

- Conveying and controlling the local sales activities and comprehensive support with sales and marketing information, as well as quotations and orders.

执行、控制指定区域内的销售活动,全面支持产品的营销及市场信息搜集,并支持报价及订单处理

- Execution of activities in all phases of the sales stage: identification of contact and qualification right through to the end of the warranty period.

执行所有销售阶段中的任务:自客户接洽、资格的识别鉴定直到产品保修期结束

- Rolling sales planning for the relevant sales territory.

推动相关销售区域内销售计划的执行


2. Major tasks主要任务


- Achievement of the objectives defined with respect to orders in the territory of . . . . . . . offered Road Safety Systems and related products. Advancing, guiding and supervising the regional sales organizations.

完成…区域内指定的道路安全设备的销售目标。推进,指导和监督区域内的销售活动。

- To coordinate the transfer of requests for specially configured system solutions to the retail channel and to product management

与外部零售商和内部产品管理部门协调关于特殊定制产品设备的解决方案

- Achievement of strategic objectives (annual strategic goals, strategic business management, profitability goals, key customer service, customer acquisition process, ensure total customer satisfaction (TCS), quality objectives).

实现战略目标(年度战略目标,战略经营管理,盈利目标,大客户服务,客户采集过程中,确保客户完全满意(TCS),质量目标)。

- Personal customer visits with and without distributor to expand the name of Jenoptik conscious on the market.

通过拜访客户(销售个人拜访,销售与分销商一起拜访)来提升Jenoptik在市场上的知晓度。

- Qualified Reporting, Budget, red flags, etc.

有质量地完成所有相关报告,如销售预算报告,红色预警报告等。

- Cooperation, exchange of experience and information with all relevant departments.

与各有关部门合作,并交流经验和信息。


3. Extent of collaboration with internal and external parties 与内部和外部的合作


- Intensive contacts with the customers of the assigned customer portfolio

与指定客户保持紧密沟通

- Internal, intensive contacts with all relevant interfaces such as after-sales, sales support, manufacturing and Finance & Controlling.

内部与售后,销售支持,生产和财务、监控部门及其他所有相关部门保持紧密沟通

- Conditions for quotes and orders within the prescribed guidelines

5. Requirements要求


- Completed training / educations / studies in business and technical field or equivalent grades

- At least 3 years sales experience in ITS or an industrial company, of which at least
2 years in a position within system business

Company Profile
As an integrated optoelectronics group, Jenoptik operates in five divisions: Lasers & Material Processing, Optical Systems, Industrial Metrology, Traffic Solutions and Defense & Civil Systems. Jenoptik customers around the world primarily include companies in the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industries, the automotive and automotive supplier industries, the medical technology, security and defense technology industries as well as the aviation industry.
