职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to BD team, including but not limited to the following:
a) Provides administration support for key global systems and reporting
b) Coordinate travel arrangements (includes visa, ticket, etc.
c) Prepare expense reports
d) Create and update organizational charts
e) Filing, copying and other routine administrative tasks; and
f) Proper maintenance of files.
g) Provide secretarial and administrative support (ie. faxing, photocopying, mail sorting);
h) Prepare memos, letters, presentations, spreadsheets, etc. using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
i) Schedule meetings, coordinate and assemble relevant meeting materials and prepare agendas as required
j) Assist with the preparation and proofreading of quarterly and year-end reports and presentations.
k) Assist with employee's billable / non-billable hours time tracking & with some HR aspects management.
2. From time to time, work on special assignments as specified by Manager.
3. Exhibit discretion and treat with confidentiality sensitive information, whether it is spoken or written.
4. Provide and assist management and employees in maintaining effective communication.
5. Assist with coordination of special events such as travel arrangements, visas etc. for visitors
6. Work independently, planning and scheduling work to achieve assigned task in allotted time.
7. Perform other duties as requested by the Global Engineering Manager or his designee.
8. Maybe required to work overtime from time to time to support specific meetings or complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 years work-related experience
2. Organizational skills, Time Management skills and ability to multi-task
3. Ability to communicate/relate well with people at all levels in all situations
4. Willingness to work overtime in order to meet deadlines
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
6. Proficiency with software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
7. Must have demonstrated proficiency in preparation of presentation materials
